BACI RISTORANTE ($$$)

Fine Italian dining with a wonderful wrought iron and Spanish tile ambiance. Popular and comfortable bar. Open for dinner six nights and lunch served Monday through Friday. Indoor and shaded terrace dining. Closed Sunday. Dinner reservations recommended. Located at Turtle Cove Marina.

 

BAY BISTRO ($$$$)

A must! Oceanfront dining, open air or indoor.  The chef offers creative international cuisine with fresh local seafood specials. Dinner served seven nights 5:30 - 10pm. Dinner reservations recommended. Located at Sibonné Beach Hotel. 

 

BUGALOO'S CONCH CRAWL ($$$)

Nestled in Five Cays Settlement on the south shore of Providenciales, miles away from the tourist hub of Grace Bay, is a pastel pink-and-blue outdoor eatery known as Bugaloo’s. Known for its fresh conch dishes and sublime location at the edge of the turquoise sea. Berlie “Bugaloo” Williams is recognized as the first man on Provo with a proper “conch shack.” In 1994, Bugaloo started the original da Conch Shack, however that is now owned by a Canadian, who originally partnered with Bugaloo. Entertainment daily 1-4 pm. Live music 7-10 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

 

CABANA BAR AND GRILL ($$$)

Beachfront cafe at Ocean Club (East) Resort. Island bistro salad and fish tacos are great. They always have rice and peas in the back. Rum punch party with live music on Monday nights.  We often order an island bistro salad and rice and peas to go and then will grill our own fish on the grills found on the resort if we feel like staying in one night.

 

CAICOS CAFE ($$$$)

A must! Chef Max Olivari presents a notable savory menu offering Mediterranean specialties, house-made pastas, fresh-baked breads, succulent barbecue meats, grilled local seafood and mouth-watering house-made desserts. Reservations are recommended. Even if you do not have a car, take the shuttle to Ocean Club West and walk across Grace Bay Road. Reservations recommended. Closed Sundays.

 

COCO BISTRO ($$$$)

Set amidst the largest palm grove on the island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Coco Bistro is a food lover’s fantasy in a one-of-a-kind setting. Located in the heart of Grace Bay, within walking distance from most resorts, Coco Bistro serves fresh local cuisine under a starlit sky and swaying coconut palms. Complementing the delightful island ambience is a culinary experience considered among the best in Turks and Caicos. Dinner from 6:00pm. Closed Mondays. Reservations recommended. Walkable from Ocean Club (East) Resort.

 

COCOVAN ($$)

Nestled into the grounds of Coco Bistro, Cocovan is a casual dining experience (think food truck and picnic tables) in the heart of Grace Bay. Enjoy delicious food and drinks under a canopy of palms, served from their classic 1974 Airstream Kitchen. Brought to you by the same team behind Coco Bistro. Walkable from Ocean Club (East) Resort.

COYABA ($$$$)

Contemporary Caribbean gourmet cuisine served in an exquisite private tropical garden setting, open to the stars or under terrace. Menu specials change nightly. Extensive wine list. Closed Tuesdays. Reservations highly recommended. Located at the Caribbean Paradise Inn.

 

DA CONCH SHACK ($$)

Bugaloo’s original establishment but is now owned by a Canadian.

 

FLAMINGO CAFE (AKA RICKY'S AND/OR STACY'S) ($$)

A must! Located on the beach in between Ocean Club and Club Med, it is a tiny little place with about 8 tables.  Stacy cooks whatever she gets from the fishermen that day.  Usually lobster or grouper.  The best lobster I’ve ever had.  Reservations a must – walk over during the day or day before to make reservation.  In the day, there are little shops open too. Also, their beach bonfire is the place to be on New Year's Eve.

 

GRACE'S COTTAGE ($$$$)

Grace’s Cottage features picturesque outdoor seating under gazebos, on the terrace and directly under the starlit sky. Very romantic, but expensive. Dinner reservations suggested. Located at Point Grace Resort.

HEMINGWAY'S ($$$)

Casual, relaxed beachfront bar and restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Emphasizing fresh fish, shrimp, pasta, sandwiches, salads and cool drinks by the pool. Dining deck overlooks the ocean with fabulous sunsets. Live music Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. Child friendly menu. Fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Dinner reservations suggested. Located at The Sands Resort. 

 

KITCHEN 218 ($$$)

Modern farm to table. Located at the Beach House, dinner at Kitchen 218 will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of your trip. The chef and his team are passionately committed to serving food that is wonderful to look at as it is to eat. The innovative menu delights culinary enthusiasts and the chef's tasting menu never fails to impress. Offers patrons an intimate and elegant poolside setting, surrounded by a lovely tropical garden and adjacent to their hydroponic farms. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast and every evening except Thursday for dinner. Reservations required. Adults only.

 

LAS BRISAS ($$$)

A must! Dine on their spacious deck, in their picturesque gazebo or in their open air dining room as you take in the inimitable hues of the iridescent waters of Chalk Sound. Tapas and Mediterranean cuisine with a Caribbean splash. Poolside Bar, Terrace, Gazebo & Inside Dining. Extensive Menu & Wine List. Live Music on select nights. The Owners are from the Azores. They also offer Chalk Sound National Park kayaking, canoeing, paddle boats and sunset pontoon boat cruises. Open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Six Days 8am to 10pm. Closed Tuesday. Located at Neptune Villas.

LE BOUCHON DU VILLAGE ($$$$) 

A wonderful little French bistro located in the Regent Village. The owner Julian has created a reputation for lovely street side ambiance with a European flair, great service and sumptuous dishes. You'll often find the chefs from other restaurants having a night cap here once the other restaurants have closed. No menu, just a chalkboard with daily specials. There is also a deli and wine and cheese shop (Le Comptoir Francais) attached that is open during the day.

MAGNOLIA WINE BAR AND RESTAURANT ($$$$)

Enjoy the best sunset from the highest restaurant on the island. Separate wine bar lounge and deck overlooks Turtle Cove Marina with panoramic views from Blue Hills to Grace Bay. Features international cuisine with island flavors and chef’s specials each evening. Extensive wine list. Open for dinner six nights a week from 6 to 9:30pm. Closed Mondays. Reservations strongly recommended. Located at Miramar Resort overlooking Turtle Cove Marina. We eat here every year for New Year’s Eve dinner.  The surf and turf and ahi tuna is always good.  Also a nice place to have a drink.

OPUS WINE BAR AND GRILL ($$$)

A must! Honestly, one of the best restaurants on the island and, better yet, without the hype. Extensive wine list, relaxing mahogany bar, friendly ambiance. Wine flights and tasting plates always available. International menu with a Caribbean flair. Open Late. Live music weekly. Indoor air conditioned or island garden seating. The pastry chef is Haitian artist and painter Benada Oduma. You will find many of his paintings displayed in the restaurant. We own several of his pieces and so do my parents. Reservations recommended. Closed Mondays. Located at Ocean Club (East) Resort.

 

SHARKBITE BAR AND GRILL ($$$)

Featuring lunch and dinner menus with something for everyone, fast, friendly service. Nightly Specials. Indoor and outdoor deck seating. Child friendly menu. Reservations required for 6 or more. Located at Harbour Towne directly over the water in Turtle Cove, Provo.  Lights up the water underneath the deck in case sharks swim by.  Great for a casual evening out. Order the almond encrusted grouper. Walk the marina afterwards and see all the big yachts parked there.

 

SOLANA! ($$$)

Three restaurants in one located on the beach at Ocean Club West. The Grill Deck, an al fresco dining experience, overlooking Grace Bay is one of the best dining experiences in Provo. Guests are treated to a variety of flavors during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Bar & Lounge at Solana is designed to soothe the senses. Relax while sitting at the open-air bar and lounge overlooking the ocean & the pool. The Solana Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar allows guests another dining experience where one can sit around the grill, sip sake and let the chefs entertain you. Take the free shuttle between Ocean Club and Ocean Club West or walk off your dinner on the beach.

THURSDAY NIGHT FISH FRY AT BIGHT PARK ($$)

Weekly on Thursday from 5:30-9:30pm. This night is full of local food, local entertainment, great music and local vendors. Fill up on some of the best fresh food and drink on the island and take in some live music and local culture.

YOSHI'S SUSHI ($$$)

The original sushi restaurant on the island. Order the spicy conch roll and the spicy tuna with crunchy and cilantro. Located at the Saltmills.
